Greenwich 'Odor' Linked to Fertilizer, Cold Weather


Greenwich, NY (1/2/18) - Odors in Greenwich were traced back to biosolid fertilizer piles sitting on farmland. Cold weather prevented the farmer from spreading the biosolids and also prevented the odors from rising and spreading so they could disperse and not maintain such a strong odor.
